Happy Birthday to Me!

Every year I have been fortunate enough to find something special that can be done on this site for my birthday.  I usually discover it well before my actual birthday so I'm chomping at the bit to use it.  This time around, it is thanks to Auntie who sent me an e-mail about it.

There's a site where you can get your birth day verse.  It consists of 366 verses chosen from the 66 books of the Bible.  Each verse correlates the chapter and verse with its moth and day.  Here's mine:

And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm

Naturally, it's been entirely far too long since I have had a Wadin' in the Water entry.  This one came just in time because a brotha is going thru some things.  Of course what else is new, right?  For as much as I do put out here, I don't put ALL my business out there so we'll just have to leave it at that.

So anyway, this is about the most special thing I will be doing for my birthday.  It is afterall just another day.  Just one more day getting closer to that dreaded 40.  And fortunately, still looking like I'm closer to 20!
